Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 4, 2024
1. Past Due Payments
Payments are considered past due one (1) business day after the due date. If your initial payment fails, Stripe will attempt to collect payment 24 hours later. If the second payment fails, a new payment arrangement must be created. If you are having difficulty processing your payments or if your payment fails and you need help arranging a new form of payment, please contact our team at: hello@kaleyisabella.com.
2. Past Due Payment Policy
Once your payment is three (3) business days past due, your access to our Consulting Services, Coaching Programs, Events, and Community Membership will be temporarily revoked until payment is received. This includes removal from online platforms, Zoom calls, and any other digital spaces where private or group coaching and consulting are provided. If the payment remains past due for seven (7) business days, you will be permanently removed from that service or program. The Company reserves the right to collect missed payments and may charge additional fees if the past due payment is considered egregious.
3. Chargeback Policy
If you have been permanently removed from any Services, Programs, or Memberships due to non-payment, you will not be eligible for good faith payment plans in the future. If you decide to enroll in another service, event, program, or membership, you must pay in full and/or remit all payments prior to receiving any services or digital products. False chargebacks or disputes against Kaley Isabella through any payment processor, bank, or creditor must be resolved and repaid within five (5) business days and may result in a permanent ban and block.
4. Delivery and Fulfillment
All digital purchases, sign-ups, downloads, and orders will be fulfilled digitally. A receipt of purchase and delivery of the digital product or access to services or membership will be sent to the customer’s email address used at the time of purchase. In the case of our membership community, members will receive communications and fulfillment directly in the Circle app and platform, as well as email notification. 5. Refunds
Due to the nature of the services provided, refunds, transfers, or cancellations are generally not offered. Kaley Isabella ("Company") does not issue refunds due to lack of attendance, scheduling conflicts, overcommitting, or personal disagreements. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at the sole discretion of the Company. By signing up for our Service programs and Memberships, you acknowledge that you are committing to the full investment listed at the time of purchase, and any refunds are not guaranteed.
5. Return Policy
Due to the digital nature of the services and memberships purchased, there are no returns. If you are dissatisfied with your service, event, or membership, or if you accidentally purchased the wrong service, event, or membership, please contact us. We will attempt to transfer your access to another offering or provide a credit at our discretion.
6. Cancellation Policy
Services or Memberships may be canceled before they begin by contacting us at least 48 hours prior to the start date. However, please note that any deposits or initial payments are non-refundable. Please review our refund terms and conditions carefully.
7. Dispute Resolution
We prioritize open communication and strive to find mutually beneficial resolutions to any disputes that may arise. If you have any concerns or issues with our services, products, or terms, please contact us at hello@kaleyisabella.com so we can discuss and attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution through communication, any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement, including but not limited to the use of our services and products, shall be resolved through binding arbitration as outlined in our Terms of Use. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties. Arbitration will take place in Los Angeles County, or another venue if necessary as elected by the Company. The costs and expenses of arbitration and related proceedings will be shared equally by both parties.

6. Amendments to Policy
Kaley Isabella “Company” (VOA Woman LLC) reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and, where appropriate, notified to you by email.
