Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 2, 2026

I care deeply about delivering thoughtful, high-quality work and creating meaningful, supportive experiences for my clients. Because my services are creative, strategic, and time-based, I maintain a clear and respectful refund policy that honors both your investment and the time and preparation required on my end.

Please review this policy carefully before purchasing any service.

Nature of Services

All services offered by Kaley Isabella Singh are creative, consulting, coaching, or advisory in nature. These services involve advance preparation, intellectual property, and reserved calendar time.

By purchasing a service, you are reserving dedicated time, energy, and creative capacity.

Payments

All payments — including payment plans — are commitments to the full cost of the service.

Choosing a payment plan does not make the agreement month-to-month. It is simply a courtesy option to split the total investment into installments. All scheduled payments must be completed on time, regardless of participation level.

Late payments may result in paused services until the account is brought current.

Refunds

Because of the personalized and time-based nature of creative and consulting services, all payments are non-refundable.

This applies if you:

  • Change your mind

  • Decide the service is not the right fit

  • Become too busy to participate

  • Choose not to attend scheduled sessions

  • Withdraw early for personal or business reasons

When you book a service, that space is held exclusively for you and cannot be offered to someone else.

Early Withdrawal and Service Credits

I understand that circumstances can change. If you choose to withdraw before completing a service or program, you will not receive a monetary refund. However, you may request to apply the unused portion of your purchase as a credit toward a future service.

Credits:

  • Are offered at my discretion

  • Are non-transferable

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Must be used within 12 months of issuance

This option allows flexibility while honoring the time and preparation already invested.

Emergency Situations

In cases of documented medical emergencies or natural disasters that directly prevent participation, additional accommodations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Possible accommodations may include:

  • Rescheduling sessions

  • Extending access timelines

  • Offering a service credit

Documentation may be required. Any exception is made at my sole discretion.

Rescheduling Sessions

For services that include private sessions:

  • 24 or more hours notice: Session may be rescheduled

  • Less than 24 hours notice: Session may be forfeited

This policy respects both of our time and allows space for preparation and scheduling.
