Slow Studio
SPRING COHORT ✺ FEBRUARY 10 – APRIL 30
A 12-week anti-hussle CREATIVE CIRCLE for mothers, creators, and women founders to nurture personal and professional growth
Who We Are
Slow Studio is a soulfully curated group of mothers, women founders, and creators from around the world.
We gather seasonally to reconnect with our true north, reflect, and build inspiring pathways for growth—both professional and personal—beyond hustle culture.
Designed for practical and creative minds balancing meaningful work with full lives, Slow Studio inspires an open exchange of ideas, collaboration, and guided action. We work together to clarify our direction, stay aligned with our visions for our lives and offerings, and move forward with intention and purpose.
Less Hustle,
More Alignment
Slow Studio offers just enough structure—and the right people—to help you step into relationships and work that truly feel aligned.
-
We’re so good at holding it all together for everyone else—supporting others and staying inside what we know how to do well. But when it’s time to stretch, try something new, or truly tend to our own growth, it’s easy to lose momentum and put ourselves last.
Slow Studio is intentionally designed to support forward movement without forcing it. Through our gatherings—and the gentle rhythm of the days in between—you’re held in a steady, supportive flow where you can explore, reflect, and take meaningful steps toward what you want, even when things feel tender, uncertain, or still taking shape.
One woman finally completed a content project she’d been circling for months, simply because the rhythm of the circle gave her the clarity and steadiness she couldn’t create on her own. Another began honoring her time more fully after witnessing how other women did the same—softening her days and reshaping how she balances work and family.
-
We’re so used to working on our own: in our own lanes, home offices, and studios. When it comes to collaboration, though, things can feel less clear. Who do you reach out to? How do you make it feel mutual and worthwhile? Does anyone even have the space right now?
Slow Studio is a place where collaboration feels natural. Feedback flows easily, conversations open new doors, and connection reveals possibilities you might not see on your own. There’s time and permission here to co-create with women who are navigating similar seasons.
One member was invited to speak at another women’s conference after sharing her work. Two women teamed up to record a podcast episode together. Another, preparing copy for a product launch, gathered feedback from the circle that helped her refine and elevate the final result.
Here, collaboration isn’t a buzzword—it’s a practice. Working together sharpens ideas, strengthens projects, and opens doors you don’t have to push open alone.
-
Who’s in the room—and how it feels—matters just as much as the content. You have years of experience (whether in your career, business, or family life) and you want the time to be worth it—challenged, inspired, and fulfilled.
That’s exactly what Slow Studio is designed for. The circle is carefully curated with women like you, who bring serious expertise and know how to hold space with care and curiosity.
In past programs, we’ve had an executive coach with 10+ years in tech and personal development, an entrepreneur running a copywriting agency for finance and real estate clients, a photographer featured in major magazines, a mother of two raising venture capital for a clean skincare brand, and an operations executive transitioning out of corporate to write and self-publish a book. The program is set up so you can show up as you are—mess, power, or somewhere in between—and still feel fully seen. At the same time, you’ll pick up practical strategies for branding, business, marketing (and beyond!) that you can actually use.
Our Why
When women gather intentionally—to share our experiences, and hold space for one another’s growth—alchemy occurs.
What felt out of reach alone becomes possible together. We’re not meant to journey in isolated settings, but in circles—sharing resources and gaining deeper reflection through one another. By the circle’s close, we part ways closer to the fullest expression of our visions.
I would highly recommend this program. It's the best investment I made in myself and my visions this year
—Vicky S.
How Slow Studio works
Inside the program, you’ll have access to virtual group meetings, personalized 1:1 consulting, and a creative community that holds you to your goals.
weekly virtual circles
Over 12 weeks, we meet virtually once a week for two hours in a small, held circle. You’ll start by settling on one professional focus and one personal focus for the season, then refine them through guided conversation, collaboration, and reflection. Along the way, there’s room for check-ins and dialogue with the group and me, all within a supportive space designed to help you feel seen, gain clarity, and take intentional steps toward your goals.
voice note support
Throughout the program, you’ll have access to voice note support. Whenever questions arise or you want feedback, you can send me a voice note, and I’ll respond with thoughtful guidance, insights, or next steps to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. It’s a flexible, personal way to stay connected whenever obstacles or opportunities arise.
weekly studio hours
Every Friday, I host a dedicated hour of studio time for direct support. You’re invited to submit work for review or bring questions on any topic via email, and I’ll respond during the studio hour with thoughtful guidance and feedback to help strengthen your work and support your progress.
shared resources
You’ll have access to the women in the circle through a dedicated channel, so you can share resources and continue the conversation between our weekly meetings.
This is where the real magic happens—when we freely share opportunities, make introductions, and lift each other up. Someone knows someone you need to meet, a referral comes your way, or the missing piece to your puzzle falls into place. Generosity and receptivity are how we truly thrive and meet our needs.
private consulting
You’ll receive two private 1:1 consulting sessions to use anytime during the 12-week program. These sessions are shaped by your needs and can be used for strategic planning, hands-on co-creation, or focused support around a specific area of your business, brand, or personal development—available to you when you need it.
aligned relationships
The women you walk with over these 12 weeks often turn from strangers into aligned friends and collaborators. These connections stay with you long after the circle closes. Many say the relationships they form are the best part of the experience. You’ll see measurable progress in your work and personal growth, but the emotional bonds you create will ripple for months and years.
Accountability holds the circle together—you’ll gain partners who hold you to your intentions, celebrate your progress, and see the best in you, helping your visions flourish.
Slow Studio is an intentional space to evolve the way you naturally flourish
—free from rigid schedules and endless productivity demands, or the race toward outcomes. Instead, we view growth and achievement through a holistic and feminine lens: guided by seasonal rhythms at a pace that centers our wellbeing and summons our intuition.
Instead of chasing perfection, we focus on showing up honestly and creating work and personal projects that feel nourishing and truthful.
Slow Studio balances reflection with action and rest with doing, creating a space ripe for experimentation and creative problem-solving. Results come naturally as we share resources, exchange feedback, and source valuable insights within a supportive, connected community.
Who We're For
A new adventure is calling. You can feel it in your body: the quiet restlessness, the pull toward something more honest, more alive, more yours.
This is a season of beginning anew. Of choosing what actually feels true. Of picking up the sword of discernment and cutting away the noise, the excess, the parts of life that no longer fit. Part of you is fiercely devoted to what is practical; another part is lit up with creative energy, ready to make the things you’ve been dreaming about real.
This time, you’re starting the project, writing the book, building the thing. You don’t need every answer—just the courage to follow what’s opening, and the trust that the path unfold.
Remerging from a pause, or slow season
You stepped into motherhood, and the ground beneath you changed. Time softened. Priorities rearranged. Your work may have paused, shifted, or quietly moved into the background as you focused on becoming someone new.
You stepped away from a career path that no longer fit, took a sabbatical, or passed through a season of deep personal growth. All the while, the essence of who you are was rearranging.
You’ve grown beyond who you were before—and now it’s time to honor that expansion. To reframe your work and relationships through the lens of who you are now. You’re here to bring what’s calling you forward into form, while staying present for your family and yourself—whether that means returning to work, restarting a business, reopening creative space, or something entirely new.
Growing pains: reframing and repositioning for growth
Life and work beyond noise, sans burn out.
The space you’ve been moving in feels a little too small. Not wrong—just no longer enough. It’s time to stretch. Make room for more. The growing pains are real as you consider how to position yourself, your work, or your time for what’s next.
Behind the scenes, you’re being called to build systems and structures that can truly hold the opportunities coming your way—expanded impact, more income, more ease.
It’s about being supported as you expand. Delegating where you can. Letting others help steady the ground while you rise. You’re stepping into a chapter of creative and financial freedom—and you don’t have to grind your way through it. You get to have something that supports you back.
Noise isn’t just sound—it’s distraction. It’s too much consumption, not enough creation. Putting everyone else’s needs ahead of your own. You’ve reached a point where you can no longer trade your peace—or your passion—for static.
The space where you conjure inspiration, craft, and create beauty has been lost. Somewhere along the way, you disconnected from your gifts, caught in loops colored by fear, doubt, and worry. What’s behind the curtain? What wants to emerge if the outside hum quiets?
This season is about tuning inward, cutting through the clutter, setting boundaries, and reclaiming your focus. You’ve burned out before, forcing progress through sheer willpower. Now you imagine what’s possible when you move from a place of receptivity.
New beginnings: a fresh start calls you forward
KALEY HAS a gift for turning a vision into action

Our Guiding Principles
-
Have you ever moved toward a project or made a decision, only to get there and think, wait… this doesn’t feel right. So you scrap it or feel stuck about what’s next? Most of the time, it’s because the choice was shaped by outside noise instead of what actually feels true to you.
In Slow Studio, we work together to stay anchored in what’s real—your voice, your experience, your instincts. We act as a sounding board and an anchor, helping you stay honest with yourself and move forward with more clarity. -
During the program, you’ll explore key marketing, business, and design concepts—but this isn’t a course. Instead of just learning theory, we ground these ideas in real experiences, applying them directly to your work, projects, and goals.
You’ll experiment, reflect, and iterate in a way that feels natural and actionable, so the concepts stick and actually serve you. It’s marketing and strategy that meets you where you are, not the other way around. -
When we really connect with each other, we get the chance to connect more deeply with ourselves. In Slow Studio, you’ll uncover parts of your passions and desires that usually stay under the surface—and experience how other people’s journey can help you tap into your own next chapter. The circle is about creating the kind of emotional richness we all want to feel, bring to our work, and carry into our lives.
-
What sets Slow Studio apart is our commitment to holding space—for ourselves and for each other. Holding space isn’t coaching, fixing, or guiding; it’s a soft skill that takes awareness and practice. It’s how we create a circle where transformation and growth can truly happen.
There’s a time for sharing feedback, experiences, and expertise—and a time for simply being present so someone can feel heard, seen, and fully expressed. In the circle, we practice asking for what we need and giving what’s needed, inspiring each other to take bold leaps, build confidence, and step more fully into our gifts.
Meet your guide, Kaley
I’m a New York–based brand strategist, designer, mom to a curious 9-month-old named Leo, and someone who truly loves bringing people together. I’m equal parts creative and strategic, and I get a lot of joy from helping others explore their ideas and turn them into something actionable and resonant.
The circles I create are made up of soulful, generous, passionate people from all walks—education, wellness, business, tech, entrepreneurship, art, and design. What they have in common is a deep desire to create with intention and bring their work (and themselves) into the world with care.
Our Wo(manifesto)
We’re for the ones resting in the pause and the ones beginning again. For those listening for the quiet yes and turning with the season. For those expanding and remembering their inherent gifts. Choosing presence and focus over urgency and noise.
We’re for the ones gathering strength and the ones allowing softness to lead. We are tending to the slow work of turning passion into sustenance. For the ones finding their voice—and gently letting themselves be seen for who they truly are.
THIS PROGRAM supported me in fully visioning my now company. From naming systems to color palette

Program Structure
Week 1 & 2
Set the Foundation
We start by getting clear. You’ll name your personal and professional goals, choose a focus for the season, and break things into steps that actually feel doable. We’ll set your pace and get you set up with simple tools to stay organized and accountable.
Week 2-11
Build Momentum
These weeks are all about staying connected and moving things forward. Our weekly two-hour group meetings give you space to check in, talk things through, ask for feedback, work through blocks, and celebrate wins. You’ll be paired with an accountability partner for mid-week check-ins—someone in your corner between circles.
During this time, we’ll exchange voice notes regularly, and every Friday you’ll see me pop into your inbox with feedback, collaboration, or support on whatever you’re working on that week. If needed, we can also meet one-to-one for strategy sessions on an ad hoc basis. If you’re enrolled in the Mountain tier, three private sessions with me are included during the program.

Week 12
Showcase
Our final meeting is a soft landing and a celebration. You’ll share what you worked on or what shifted for you—maybe a project, maybe a mindset, maybe both. You can present something more formal or simply speak from the heart, whatever feels most true to you and what you learned along the way. We’ll close by naming what you’re carrying forward, so the work continues well beyond the program.

What you’ll gain
-
Sometimes life shifts and the things that used to feel right just… don’t anymore. Other times, you’re not blowing it all up, you’re refining, keeping what works and doing it in a way that fits who you are now. In this space you’ll get honest about what matters to you right now, set a clear direction, and turn that into steps you can actually move on (without forcing it or overthinking every move).
-
We live in a world obsessed with productivity, and women are often taught—at work and at home—to put everyone else first or risk being labeled “selfish.” Slow Studio is a space that actually understands those double standards and gently pushes back.
Here, you’re encouraged to protect your energy, say no when it matters, and choose yourself a little more often—whether that’s negotiating the raise, passing on the next contract so you can book that retreat you’ve been eyeing, or simply creating more breathing room in your day-to-day life.
-
Get ready to work it. This is a space for real creation—and when you’re building something meaningful, a little shake-up is part of the magic. In Slow Studio, you’re surrounded by women with different skills, backgrounds, and ways of thinking, offering fresh perspectives exactly when you need them. Ideas get sharper. Decisions get easier.
Along the way, I’ll share branding and marketing guidance to help you position your work more clearly, make smarter moves, and step into your next project with confidence.
-
You’ll leave with more than sharper work and better boundaries. You’ll leave with women who feel like real friends. People who see you, support you, and want to build alongside you. These are the women who open doors, help shape your ideas when the words aren’t quite there yet, and surprise you in the best ways.
The work may wrap, but the relationships don’t. This community stays part of your story—months, years, and many chapters from now.
The approach was eye opening for me. It helped me see how much I have to offer, and the value of doing less
—Zoe P.

No. Some participants join with a defined project, personal goal, or business they want to expand on. Others arrive with a direction, a question, or a sense that something new or different is forming. Both are welcome. Slow Studio is designed to support clarity and refinement—not to require that everything be fully formed before you begin.

Our Scholarship
Pushing past systemic barriers and inequities in creative, personal, and professional development spaces.
Each season, one scholarship is offered to support access to Slow Studio for someone who may not otherwise be able to participate. This scholarship offers a significant reduction in tuition, and is intended for applicants who identify as Black, Indigenous, or a Person of Color (BIPOC), and/or as LGBTQIA+, including trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive individuals.
How It Works
-
To be considered, you’ll submit a short letter responding to one of the prompts below. There’s no required length—just honesty. Your words matter more than polish. Scholarships are reviewed with care, and one recipient is selected per season.
-
What are you currently working toward, tending to, or reclaiming in your life or work?
What experiences, identities, or moments have most shaped how you move through the world and your work today?
What feels important to be seen or understood about you right now?
-
Applying for the scholarship does not affect your consideration for the program itself. If you’re not selected for the scholarship and still wish to move forward, we’ll talk through next steps together. Please know that I personally read every application and scholarship letter. Your words are kept private and will never be shared, published, or used to market this program by me or anyone else.
-
