Design Estuary

June 24 – September 9, 2026

A 12-week creative incubator for women who are ready to design something new

The Journey

Like an estuary, where fresh water meets the sea and new life takes root, this is a space for transition, creation and becoming.

Together, we'll explore what wants to emerge, give it shape, and create the structure and fluid motion needed to bring it into form.

Through focused creative exploration, reflection, and collaboration you'll nurture a meaningful project, offering, creative practice or next chapter with clarity and consideration for the life you're building.

Why Design Estuary

Design Estuary is for women standing at the threshold of a new season, ready to give shape to what has been quietly calling them forward.

CHOOSING COLLABORATION OVER ISOLATION

The tendency to carry our visions for our lives and work alone is palpable. But meaningful ideas rarely actualize in isolation. Design Estuary is a space for creative cross-pollination where new perspectives expand what feels possible, and quiet ideas are given the soil to take shape.

MOVING THROUGH CREATIVE RESISTANCE

It's not our style to rush past what feels challenging. As ideas begin to take shape, resistance often appears. Doubt, distraction, fear and competing demands can make it difficult to trust what is emerging. Design Estuary is a space to remain in conversation with that tension—and stay with what is unfolding.

BALANCING structure with freedom

Too much freedom and ideas drift. Too much structure and ideas become constrained. Design Estuary is both an anchor and a current, offering enough structure to ground you and enough freedom to explore. Through a nurturing container, you'll have space to ask deeper questions while steadily bringing your work into form.

Less Hustle,
More Alignment

Design Estuary is for you if...

You've been building in solitude. Now it's time to expand through connection.

You’re navigating a shift in your work, creative practice, or personal life.

Emerging from a season of change. Downshifting, rerouting, or feeling called toward a different way of life and work. You've outgrown who you once were, and now it's time to honor that expansion by giving shape to what comes next. Whether you're returning to a creative practice or stepping into an entirely new chapter, you're here to bring what is calling you forward into form.

Building on your own and tending your ideas in private comes natural to you. You're resourceful, independent, and capable of figuring things out for yourself. Yet deep down, you know your work would thrive with more connection around it. You crave thoughtful conversation, honest feedback, aligned partnerships, and relationships with people who understand what you're trying to create. You're ready to step out of the silo and into a richer ecosystem—one where connection strengthens your work and expands what's possible,

You've said yes to many things. Now it's time to say yes to yourself.

You've spent years becoming. Now it's time to bring that evolution into form.

You've spent years becoming. Learning. Deepening. Gathering experience, training, and perspective. Yet each time you're called toward greater visibility, leadership, or ownership of your work, something asks you to stay hidden. Now it's time to trust what you know, share what you've learned, and step fully into the person you've become.

Your life is full. Days move quickly, shaped by work, relationships, responsibilities, and the many things that matter to you. Yet somewhere beneath the rhythm of it all, there is a quiet idea that continues to return. A curiosity. A longing. A vision that has not asked to be forgotten.

You're not looking to add more to your plate; you're longing for a season of gentle focus. To listen closely and explore what might become possible if you gave it your attention.

I would highly recommend this program. It's the best investment I made in myself and my visions this year

—Vicky S.

How Design Estuary works

At its heart, Design Estuary is a space for connection. What begins as a group of women gathering around meaningful work and life design becomes a living exchange of ideas, encouragement, accountability, and shared wisdom. Together, we help one another see more clearly, move more courageously, and bring our visions further than we could alone.

weekly group calls

Experience 12 live 90-minute group calls devoted to meaningful dialogue, shared reflection, and the steady unfolding of your work. Together, we'll explore the weekly theme, celebrate progress, work through challenges, and support one another as ideas take shape.

guided curriculum

Move through a thoughtfully designed curriculum that blends storytelling, life design, creative direction, design thinking, and the wisdom of healthy ecosystems. Together, experience practical and reflective frameworks for navigating change, exploring possibilities, honoring your capacity, and bringing meaningful work into form.

private consulting

Receive 3 private one-to-one consulting sessions with Kaley as a companion to your journey. Whether you need strategic guidance, creative direction, a place to explore what feels uncertain, or hands-on support bringing an idea into form, these sessions offer dedicated space to deepen, refine, and move your vision forward.

shared resources

Experience the generosity that emerges when women gather around meaningful work. As trust is built, resources are shared, connections are offered, and opportunities find their way across the group. More than networking, it's an experience of reciprocity. In that exchange, new possibilities emerge, and our work and lives flourish.

voice note support

Enjoy direct voice note access to Kaley between calls. Whether you're working through a challenge, exploring an idea, making a decision, or seeking feedback, voice notes provide a living space for the work to continue unfolding. Often a favorite part of the program, this ongoing exchange helps maintain momentum and offers a line of inspiration exactly when you need it.

aligned relationships

Build meaningful relationships with those who are navigating their own season of change and creation. Over twelve weeks, shared experiences naturally deepen into friendships that extend far beyond the program itself. Many women leave with more than progress on a project—they leave with a circle of trusted companions to grow alongside for years to come.

Slow Studio is an intentional space to evolve the way you naturally flourish

—free from rigid schedules and endless productivity demands, or the race toward outcomes. Instead, we view growth and achievement through a holistic and feminine lens: guided by seasonal rhythms at a pace that centers our wellbeing and summons our intuition.

Instead of chasing perfection, we focus on showing up honestly and creating work and personal projects that feel nourishing and truthful.

Slow Studio balances reflection with action and rest with doing, creating a space ripe for experimentation and creative problem-solving. Results come naturally as we share resources, exchange feedback, and source valuable insights within a supportive, connected community.

Our Guiding Principles

Meet your guide, Kaley

I’m a New York–based brand strategist, designer, mom to a curious 9-month-old named Leo, and someone who truly loves bringing people together. I’m equal parts creative and strategic, and I get a lot of joy from helping others explore their ideas and turn them into something actionable and resonant.

The circles I create are made up of soulful, generous, passionate people from all walks—education, wellness, business, tech, entrepreneurship, art, and design. What they have in common is a deep desire to create with intention and bring their work (and themselves) into the world with care.

Our Wo(manifesto)

We’re for the ones resting in the pause and the ones beginning again. For those listening for the quiet yes and turning with the season. For those expanding and remembering their inherent gifts. Choosing presence and focus over urgency and noise.

We’re for the ones gathering strength and the ones allowing softness to lead. We are tending to the slow work of turning passion into sustenance. For the ones finding their voice—and gently letting themselves be seen for who they truly are.

For all the things you’ve been holding quietly

—a steady, supported space to finally bring it forward

Launch the offer, outline the book, record the EP, find the co-founder, test the new product, take the sabbatical, or start the event series. Slow Studio is for the ideas that keep getting pushed down the to-do list, collecting dust on the back shelf of your mind, or stalled out by overthinking. Here, they finally get the time, structure, and support to move.

My offerings represent so much of who I am and to have the gift of speaking about them with clarity and confidence has been incredibly expansive

—Paola U.

What you’ll gain

The approach was eye opening for me. It helped me see how much I have to offer, and the value of doing less

—Zoe P.

Results, Without the Grind

We’re not here to hustle, but we are here to make real things happen.
