No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable due to the time, preparation, intellectual property, and scheduling involved in consulting, coaching, and program services.
Early Withdrawal & Service Credit
If a User chooses to withdraw, cancel, stop participating, or discontinue Services for any reason, they remain responsible for the full cost of the Services purchased. However, the Company may offer a credit for the unused portion of the Services, which may be applied toward a future service offered by the Company.
Credits:
Are granted at the Company’s discretion
Are non-transferable
Cannot be redeemed for cash
Must be used within 12 months of issuance
Limited Emergency Exceptions
In cases of documented medical emergencies or natural disasters that prevent participation, the Company may offer additional accommodations at its sole discretion. Documentation may be required.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or credit card provider for Services rendered. In the event of a payment dispute, you remain responsible for the full contracted amount, including any fees incurred by the Company in responding to the dispute.
8. Scope of Services
Services are limited to the scope outlined in the agreed proposal, contract, or program description. Requests outside the original scope may require a separate agreement and additional fee.
